I ordered via the Starbucks mobile app a Venti 8 shot Iced Caffe Mocha. Normal drink price would be $9.55. Drink was free using my Starbucks Reward. Ready in 4-7 minutes. Drink was made. Barista did not call out my name. My drink sat at counter till I noticed it. Ordered free Trenta Iced Black Tea refill. Order made right away. Table was clean. Bathroom clean. Lots of staff on duty.
